About the Artist
Sannie Fox is a song writer, singer and guitarist who has released three albums; the first with twanging blues-rock 3-piece, machineri and two SAMA nominated solo albums entitled Serpente Masjien and My Soul Got Stranger.
The South African Fox, with Portuguese roots crosses genres of desert blues, soul and psychedelic rock.
Machineri’s self-titled album with art-work created by Storm Thorgerson (Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd) features the songs “Big Bad Machine” & “The Searchers”.
Together with Mississippi-style subject matter & ‘impeccable riffage’, Fox continues the genre-meshing solo journey to releasing the retro and soul-tinged Serpente Masjien & My Soul Got Stranger featuring the songs ‘Freedom’, ‘Criminal for your Love’ & ‘Sorrow’.
Fox is currently based in London.
